I purchased a jacket and It was sent in the Wrong name and I was sent a very unprofessional text msg stating I sent it in the wrong name jus look out for the item I stated it was sent to my job which is a large company and I would not receive it because it’s not in my name and was ignored I reached out multiple times NO answer then I received a email stating it was delivered and I NEVER received it and reached out to the company to advise them and was told I would get a new item and I have yet to get because they duno my name for one and I texted and asked for a refund and NO answer. So I paid over $150 for a item I did not get. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY I would NOT recommend this to my enemy smh. And not only that the item states it would take 3 weeks to arrive that means it’s coming from China and they charge me a arm and leg for something they paid $15-$30 for smfh. I will be reporting this business until I receive my money em back.

The jacket looks as good as it does in the photos. I’m 152lbs and 5’3” I ordered a medium but was sent a large and the fit was good. Shipping does take does take all of 4-5 weeks as stated on their site. My suggestion is if you need something for some occasion be sure to order 2 months in advance.

fits perfect, nice jacket but i didn’t need two i just want what i ordered still waiting on my other jacket didn’t like the fact you mailed me to, trying to cover up the fact that the one i paid 210.00 wasn’t mailed.
